How to use this.
	in command promt (cmd.exe)
	change the directory to the current location of the exe (type cd PATH) then type
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" MD2
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" MD4
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" MD5
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" SHA1
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" SHA256
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" SHA384
	certutil -hashfile "irD.exe" SHA512

Compare the resulting value with the supplied value to make sure the exe is the same and not modified
